Ease of Document Designing
Peppermill is a WYSIWG ("What You See Is What You Get") based interface which enables you to see how the end product looks like. With simple Drag and Drop method of design, document design is made easy for a basic user. You don't have to be a graphic designer or a programmer to compose a document in Peppermill.
Simplified Variable Data Composition
Peppermill has simplified the process of composing a variable data document with its simplest way of dealing with database. The information from the database can be used with ease in designing the document. The information from the database can also be mixed with any other text information. For example in the screenshot shown below, the variable data from the database which is highlighted in purple("First Name") and the text information("Dear") can be combined. This feature enables you to create customer specific personalized documents.
Variable Image Composition
This feature enables you to compose documents with different image(s) for each database record. The combination of variable text and variable image gives you a fully personalized documents. In the example shown below, a mobile phone promotional document which has a variable images of mobile phone(s)(blue, orange theme pages ) associated with the variable text of customers(Joseph,John). Various kind of combinations of image(s) and text can be achieved with this feature.

Easymailer and Peppermill workflow
The flowchart shown below will show the workflow of the Easymailer and Peppermill Mail Solution. As shown below variable text from database, static text and variable/ static images can be used in Peppermill to compose documents. Peppermill allows you to save template of the composed document for reuse and modifications. Peppermill generates composed documents in Postscript and PPML formats, which can be printed on compatible Postscript or a PPML support printer.These printed documents can then be processed in the Easymailer. Easymailer creates an envelope from a printed A4/Letter size page and inserts the corresponding mail pages into the envelope.
Unique Auto Wrap Envelope Design
Peppermill provides an unique interface to design the Easymailer envelope. All you have to do is to drag and drop the image for the front of envelope and the image for back of envelope and Peppermill automatically wrap images to give you a precise composed document.
Failed Records Recovery
Peppermill provides a unique feature of failed records(while processing in the Easymailer) recovery. Peppermill interacts with the Easymailer for failed records and regenerates the failed records which can be saved in Postscript or PPML formats. These recovered documents can be printed and reprocessed in the Easymailer.The flow chart below shows the workflow of the job recovery.
